An event every month that begins at 5:30 pm on day Fourth of the month, repeating until December 18, 2024
The cancer support group provides a safe space to connect with others coping with any type and stage of cancer and is led by a medical social worker who provides emotional and practical support.
- A cancer support group can:
- Reduce feelings of loneliness, anxiety and distress
- Help learn new ways of coping
- Increases feelings of hope and empowerment
- Provide you with practical information, treatment and resources
- Help you communicate better with your medical team and loved ones
Fourth Wednesday of the month, 5:30pm – 6:45pm. In-person at In-person at Ojai United Methodist Church, 120 Church Rd. Ojai
