Five Wishes – An Interactive Workshop For All

Julie Hahn, Board Certified Chaplain and former Program Coordinator for Healing and Caring Modalities, Brigham and Women’s Hospital at Harvard Medical School, guides us in a profound exploration of how we, or our loved ones make plans for our end of life.

With Julie’s support, we will consider comfort care, spirituality, forgiveness, and final wishes. Five Wishes, a legal, living document, focuses on preserving human dignity, providing peace of mind, and clear communication from the heart. Written in everyday language, Five Wishes helps us start and structure important conversations. This event is for all of us who wonder how the end of life can be made more conscious, graceful, honoring of our wishes.
