DESCRIPTION:Moving to Heal classes\, facilitated by Kate Nash\, are gentle flowing movement classes designed for you to feel better. The movements are simple\, purposeful and healing – a blend of easy to follow dance steps with moves which help empower and energize\, and also healing elements such as gentle stretching and deep self-awareness techniques. \nMoving to Heal classes can be done by anyone of any age and ability. Chairs are provided for anyone who wishes to take the class sitting down. MTH is all about listening to the body\, the mind\, the heart and the spirit. You will leave feeling an authentic connection with yourself\, which brings relaxation\, joy and peace. \nThis class is offered on a donation basis for OjaiCARES clients (no one turned away). \nHeld at Cosmotion Studio\, Address: 2343 E.
