Five Wishes\, a legal\, living document\, focuses on preserving human dignity\, providing peace of mind\, and clear communication from the heart. Written in everyday language\, Five Wishes helps us start and structure important conversations. This event is for all of us who wonder how the end of life can be made more conscious\, graceful\, honoring of our wishes. \nOjaiCARES Heath Education Series is free of charge and open to the general public.
